Huili Foundry Plant owns more than 500 employees and 12500 square meters production area with annual capability up to 30,000 tons on various kinds of gray iron, ductile iron and alloyed iron castings.

Foundry Plant has the resin sand production line with capability 20,000 tons/year and green sand production line with capability 10,000 tons/year. With molding process by hand and machine, Huili Foundry Plant could meet different requirements on casting structure, wall thickness and size and indicate adequately main feature of cupola and electric furnace guarantee the stability for various materials, The rolling, hanging and tumbling shot blasters ensure efficient cleaning for all castings in different shapes and structures. Advanced testing and measuring instruments such as optical Spectrometer, Metallographical Analyzer, Ultrasonic Defect Measuring Meter, Furnace Analyzer and Temperature Analyzer control the critical processes strictly to ensure the quality stability.

Huili Foundry Plant introduces advanced assistant designing and solidification simulation technology with computer to improve reliability and forecast for casting process, shorten the developing lead-time for new products, enhance the technology level and improve the products quality.
